At Hang Stitch, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligible Countries

We currently offer returns and exchanges for orders shipped to:
Pakistan, USA, UAE, and UK

Return Window

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered items
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Innerwear and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges

  • Size or design exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued as store credit or via the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
